Tretyakov Vasyl Valeriovych
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank.
Has 36 years of work experience in Ukrainian bank institutions.
Graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University (specialized in Finance and Credit) and International Management Institute (specialized in Business Administration in the field of foreign economic activity). Has been holding this post since 2004. In May 2012, according to the Decision of the Management Board, he was appointed as the responsible employee for conducting the financial monitoring
Held the post of Deputy Chairman of the Board since 2004.
Kyiashko Oleksii Volodymyrovych

Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "UBRD," responsible for corporate and retail business.
He has over 11 years of experience in the banking sector. He graduated from the Kyiv State Academy of Water Transport with a degree in "Organization Management."
In March 2025, he joined the team of JSC "UBRD" and took charge of the bank's business division.
